1、Products:

. AT-5S color flat-panel TV monitors color performance auto measurement system is composed of integrated test platform, computers, control software, and so on. Coordinate with color luminance meter and signal source to measure small to large size LCD TV display's luminance , Chroma and uniformity, contrast, viewing angle, white balance errors, gamma curve, color triangle and so on, and to capture test point coordinates (x, y), by increasing the appropriate accessories to measure the response time. With SJ / T 11343-2006 LCD digital TV universal norms (General Specification for Digital Television LCD displays) and digital TV SJ/T11348-2006 flat panel displays measuring method (Methods of Measurement for Digital Television Flat Panel Displays), the latest national standard, etc.

3、Automatic measurement Table

(1) Rotate table

. The rotate table can make the measured TV set on it rotate along the horizontal or vertical direction.

. Rotary perspective: = ± 85 °; angle error: = 0.2 °.

. Rotating platform is convenient to facilitate the installation of 14 to 60 inches LCD (PDP) TV monitor, measuring load not less than 120 kg .

(2) Automatic test platform

. Make the color luminance meter Installed above it move along x, y, z three-dimensional directions.

. x, z effective movement distance: = 1350mm ; y effective movement distance: = 950mm .

. Movement distance error: = 0.3mm .

(3) Computer and control box

. IPC as the core of work, runs measurement software. Control box controls two-rotation and three-dimensional automatic movement.

(4) Measurement software

. Auto measure the items as shown in Table 1 of 1 to 12 of the new national standard.

. The instrument can be connected with CS-200, CS-1000, PR-6500, SR-3, and so on. Can also be connected to a signal source MASTER, MIK, ASTRO, and so on.

4、Response time measurement

. Using specialized response time measurement probe, analysis board, signal sources and measurement software to measure. The system installed in the IPC. Measurement error: = ± 0.5ms.

5、Testing environmental requirements

. In the darkroom, stray light luminance = 1 Lx; environment temperature: 15 ? ~ 35 ? , Optimum temperature: 20 ? ; relative humidity: 5% to 75%; venues: up to six meters long, more than four meters wide, taller than 2.4 meters.
